Scriba is an AI-powered practice management platform built by Consilium Systems (ABN: 94 655 810 737) for Australian financial planning practices. It provides AI-assisted tools across four modules: Virtual Paraplanner, Virtual CFO, Virtual Compliance Officer, and Virtual Practice Manager.
Scriba is powered by Anthropic's Claude API and is designed for use by licensed financial advisers operating under an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).

They must be reviewed, verified, and approved by the responsible licensed adviser before use with any client. Consilium Systems accepts no liability for outputs used without appropriate professional review.
Scriba is currently offered as a paid early access program. All access is provided under a paid subscription — Scriba is not available on a free or complimentary basis. During the early access period:

Scriba is provided exclusively on a paid subscription basis. There is no free tier, trial period, or complimentary access — all users must hold an active, paid subscription to use the platform. Current pricing, billing terms, and cancellation conditions are set out at scriba.consiliumsystems.com.au/#pricing and are confirmed to you before your subscription begins.
Early access subscribers are offered founding member pricing, which is locked in for as long as their subscription remains continuous and in good standing. No charges will be applied without your explicit agreement, and no changes to your pricing will be made without advance notice.
You agree to use Scriba only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

AI-generated outputs produced using your inputs are provided to you for your professional use. You retain responsibility for the final documents you produce. Consilium Systems does not claim ownership of client-specific outputs generated through your use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consilium Systems excludes all liability for any loss or damage — including indirect, consequential, or special loss — arising from:
Consilium Systems does not warrant that Scriba will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an AI-assisted drafting and workflow tool.
Consilium Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Scriba at any time if you breach these Terms of Service or misuse the platform. You may discontinue use of Scriba at any time.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
